These are not the software terms

This page governs your use of mesvantage.com and nothing else. Use of the MESvantage software is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which covers licensing, service levels, data ownership, data processing, validation support, change control and termination. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, that agreement wins. Nothing published here forms part of it and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance.

Who we are

MESvantage Limited, a company registered in Ireland. Contact hello@mesvantage.com. Where our registered number and registered office are shown, they appear in the footer of every page.

What we intend the content to do

The purpose of this site is to let you evaluate whether MESvantage is worth a conversation, and to let you check our claims rather than take them on trust. To that end:

• Every figure we publish is listed on the evidence register with its source, method and the date it was last verified — or with an explicit note that the supporting artefact does not exist yet.
• Screen images are captures of the real application running against a seeded demonstration dataset for a fictional manufacturer. They are labelled as such, with the route, the build and the capture date. They are not customer records.
• Capabilities described as planned are labelled as planned, and the things we do not have are listed on a page of their own.

Where we describe outcomes, they are descriptions of what the software does, not guarantees of the result you will get. Your results depend on your processes, your data and your own validation.

Nothing here is regulatory advice

We write about ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, the FDA QMSR and computer system validation because our customers work under them. None of it is legal or regulatory advice, and none of it changes your obligations. In particular, validating any software for its intended use within your quality system is your responsibility as the manufacturer and cannot be transferred to a supplier. We say this on the compliance page, on the limits page and here, because it is the single most commonly oversold point in this market.

Intellectual property

The content, design and software behind this site belong to MESvantage Limited or its licensors. You may read it, print it, and quote it for the purpose of evaluating or discussing MESvantage, including internally and including in a written recommendation against us. Please quote accurately and link back. You may not republish it as your own or use it to train a model for a competing product.

Availability

We try to keep this site up and correct, and we will fix errors when we find them or when you point them out. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any page. Availability commitments for the software live in the signed agreement, not here.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website's content. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including any right you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

Where we link to standards bodies, regulators or third-party sources, we do it so you can check us. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country in which you live.

Changes

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. We do not keep a public history of this page; we do keep one for the evidence register, which is the page where a change would actually matter to you.
